Description
Directors and administrators are responsible for creating the space and culture of their centers. The way you support your center will affect you, your staff, and your families. This role comes with a lot of responsibility. In this session directors and admin will be introduced to the concept of role power and offer guidance on creating a culture you feel good about and that supports you staffing goals. Participants will meet in small and large groups and will leave with a concrete goal to move forward.
This 2 hour training is geared towards directors and administrators in the field of Early Childhood Education. It is a great training that is relevant for directors and administrators of all fields.
