:13 Hi! Welcome to Freedom Pregnancy. This course is all about you and your pregnancy journey. From wherever you are now up until 6 weeks after you give birth.

:25 Each course that I have outlines some information, I have a video for you. We have a call to action so you can take what you are learning and put it into proactive practice.

:37 And then I have an engagement piece as well. Where you can get onto our Facebook page which, if you haven’t done that already you should. On that Facebook page you will share either a part of your journey, maybe a goal you’re working towards, anything along those lines. And then that way you are, throughout your journey, also building a community which is going to be really important to your life experience, and your pregnancy, and then your parenting experience. Is to have people you feel comfortable with reaching out to and saying “Oh I have this question” or “What do I do in this situation”. And that’s what our Facebook community is about.

1:17 And then each section also has additional reading or additional resources. I’ve tried to go through and find more resources wherever I can to share with you so that if you have the desire to go further or dig deeper I have as many resources as I can find for you to do that. Sometiems it’s reading, sometimes it’s services. A few of them are videos. Just anything that I could find that might take you a little bit further.
