What is Freedom Inside

Freedom Inside is focused on supporting parents and teachers in their relational experiences with children. Our focus is to support you so that you in turn can support the children in your life, from conception and beyond. There is no single guide, but I believe that with the right community and a little bit of support, every individual can work through their struggles.

Why Freedom?

I fell in love with the Early Childhood years at a young age and have been working and studying in this field since 2006. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, I continued my education to ensure I am always using best practices. My goal is to help every parent and teacher build strong, mindful, power conscious relationships with children. We search for Freedom in everyday moments and beyond.

Parent Education

I believe all parents are doing the best they can based on what they know. My passion and goal is to provide a wide array of education to families to best equip them to support children. I provide education in asynchronous format where you can attend at your own pace, as well as virtual and in person education. These training times vary in time, day, and location to ensure as many people can access as possible. If there is parenting education you are seeking that you do not currently see available, please reach out with requests! We are always creating new offerings.

Teacher Education

The connection between home and school is vital for the success of children. Teacher education is incredibly valuable as we continue to work towards being successful educators in our field. I offer in person and online professional development. I also partner with schools and early learning centers to provide targeted professional development, coaching, and overall support.

Birth and Postpartum Doula

As a Birth and Postpartum Doula I support you birthing journey from pregnancy through the first few months. I provide evidence based education, breast feeding support, and day to day support, including support during your birth and after. The goal is for you to focus on your journey and your new human.

Ongoing education is the key to successful parenting and teaching. I offer numerous seminars, trainings, and professional development opportunities for both families and teachers.

As a certified ECE Coach I provide in classroom and online coaching to teachers, administrators, and families. My job is to help you identify your goals and find pathways to reach them.
