Reach Your Goals 2027

I love going to the gym. It’s one of the ways that I maintain my physical AND mental health. I like to take classes and thus have built my own little community at the gym. So with my community, every year, we watch the Resolution Rats flood through in January. This is the mass influx of gym attendees that show up every January for 2 – 6 weeks. Then after 6 weeks at the most, everyone disappears again and it’s back to the same original crew.

This tends to happen because many people set New Year’s Resolutions but then struggle to keep or maintain them. This can be because of goals that are not specific enough, goals that turn out to be too hard, or (most commonly) lack of community support.

This 2027 is going to be different for you! I am offering a full length goal program for the year of 2027. Starting with setting goals for 2027 on the 27th of December, we will meet as a small group (I am capping at 6 people to ensure true support and community building) every month through the full year. This accountability session is meant to build support and help people truly change habits and make their dreams come true. Goals can be in any area of life and will be revised and adjusted as needed throughout the year. 

Each session will be from 2:00 – 3:00 pm Mountain Time via zoom. Not sure when that is for you? Here is a handy Time Zone Converter to help ensure this time works for you all year.
