Freedom Inside the Box is all about giving yourself the freedom to lead the life you want. This is why we recently expanded to include numerous services such as cleaning, life coaching, early childhood consulting, and organizing. We want to provide every individual with the space and skill set they need to live the life they want.
Our Life Coaching focus is to help you achieve the life you want. Based in my goal setting philosophy, we will help you bring focus to your everyday work flow to help you achieve your dreams. By determining what you want and achieving it, you will be a happier, freer person.
All coaching is for one month at a time and you are not required to continue seeking coaching beyond any given one month commitment. Your first session, either over the phone or in person, will always be longer as we identify limiting beliefs and really take time to determine what your goals are. We then conduct 4 phone calls throughout the month to check in, ensure you stay on track, and to help with accountability.
