WHAT I DO
There is no single solution for every family’s needs. Sometimes there are sleeping or eating problems. Perhaps your toddler is biting or showing aggression. Maybe your child won’t pick up after themselves or come home on time after school. Whatever the problem, it is my job to work with you and your family to help you be a more cohesive unit.
I work with children birth through age 12.
Phone and email consultations can be done for clients in any location. In home consultations are reserved for the Boulder/Denver, Colorado area unless otherwise planned.
I do not diagnose, treat, examine, or medically advise any clients.

Sleep Training
Sleep can be tricky for children and adults alike. The process of teaching children how to sleep is based on learning capacity and development. I am a firm believer in teaching children they are safe while also teaching them to sleep for longer and longer stretches. This means we do NOT cry it out.
Instead of leaving your child to cry, together we come up with a reasonable, actionable plan to help them learn how to sleep, as well as helping parents get the sleep they need to show up for their little ones.
Child Care Support
This is for individuals who would like support during the day with making changes for their child. I will help coach through difficult moments, work with your child, and work with you. If support is needed at their school, I can work with you and your child’s school to determine eligibility for classroom support.
Just need some space instead? I give your family a well deserved break and help balance the unique needs of your child and closely follow the existing behavioral plan we have created.
Daytime care minimum of 2 hours. Maximum of 8 hours.
Overnight care minimum of 6 hours. Maximum of 10 hours.

The Tune Up
This is for families I have consulted with in the past that have hit unexpected bumps or set backs due to life transitions such as travel, moving, illness, and other significant disruptions. This covers a 1 hour phone or video conversation to discuss setback. I will then develop a new plan that is reflective of previous work to help you get back on track.
