Description
Teachers are responsible for holding space and supporting the children in their classrooms. They are in a dynamic role of providing for children while answering to their directors. This role comes with a lot of responsibility. In this session teachers will be introduced to the concept of role power and offer guidance on creating a classroom culture they feel good about and that supports their teaching goals. Participants will meet in small and large groups and will leave with a concrete goal to move forward.
This 2 hour training is geared towards Teachers in the field of Early Childhood Education. It is a great training that is relevant for all teachers at all levels.
