February Training – Power in the Field of Early Childhood Education for Teachers

Directors and administrators are responsible for holding space and supporting teachers and staff in their centers. This role comes with a lot of responsibility. In this session they be introduced to the concept of role power and offer guidance on creating a culture of feedback and using power wisely and well. Participants will meet in small and large groups and will leave with a concrete goal to move forward.

This 2 hour training is geared towards directors and administrators in the field of Early Childhood Education. It is a great training that is relevant for directors, managers, and administrators in many fields. If you are not in Early Childhood Education but would like to participate in this training or a similar training, please email me first.

This training will be offered virtually on January 25th, 2025 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Mountain Time. Links to join this training will be sent after you have signed up.
