What is Freedom Inside

The first 5 years of a child’s life are the most important, formative years. Yet there is no guide, and every parent faces their own struggles. Freedom Inside the Box is all about supporting you in your family journey, from conception and beyond. There is no guide, but I believe that with the right community and a little bit of support, every family can work through their struggles.

Why Freedom?

I fell in love with the Early Childhood years at a young age and have been working and studying in this field since 2006. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, I had my own children and started working 1×1 with families to help them lead the life they want, and find the Freedom in the everyday moments.

Birth Doula

A birth doula joins you to support you in your journey. Trained in birth, I support your physical and emotional needs. Day of arrival for your tiny, I will stay by your side and help you advocate for the birth that is right for you.

Postpartum Doula

Ever feel like you have your baby and are sent home from the hospital and oh, good luck! My job is to provide evidence based education, breast feeding support, and day to day support with things such as meals and light tidying so that you can focus on your little one.

From sleeping to behavioral concerns to potty training, I make a household specific plan to help you work through any difficulties with your little ones.

Sometimes learning in community is the most positive way for families to grow. I offer seminars and small groups for families to connect, learn, and build community.
